An absolutely beautiful fall day spent with family and friends apple pickin' and throwing football! The kids just wanted to play and enjoy the day...and we joked that we drove nearly two hours to play football in an apple orchard! ha! I don't think Luke had any memory of going to the mountains before today and he kept asking at each mountain we'd see "That the apple mountain?" :)
Andie-Grace devoured a granny smith...seeds, core and all! You couldn't pry that little sticky thing out of her hands if you tried! And her daddy perched her in the bamboo forest for a photo...since she is our "panda" after all!
We loaded up on apple slushies, apple butter and wildflower honey! Until next time, Sky Top!
