Andie-Grace is THREE!!!! For weeks when I'd ask who she'd like to come to her party, her response was "Elsa!" So...a Frozen party definitely had to be the theme! I took so many photos and am having the hardest time dwindling them down to one post...so, it looks like this will take 3 posts! Pretty fitting given her new age, I think!
The first part is the set-up...I kept it simple and used most items that I already had on hand along with some sweet freebies from a friend whose daughter had the same theme for her birthday last year. {Including a giant Olaf!}
We built snowmen out of marshmallows, candy corn, pretzels and chocolate chips and decorated tiaras. There was also an Olaf sack race that the kids did several times it was so fun! :) The goodie bags had necklaces, wands, Frozen stickers and a coronation ring (aka Ring Pop!) in them. I also had lots of extra suckers for adults and the boys. I am so thankful The Lord gave us another beautiful fall day (clear skies and highs in the upper 70s) to enjoy our baby girl's day.
The icing on the cake for Miss Priss will be in the third post...a surprise visit from the Ice Queen herself! The sweetest look on my daughter's face...complete amazement and awe of meeting her favorite princess in person at her party...was more than worth it! I never would've guessed that two years to the exact day that we first saw her face, we'd be getting to witness the miracle of celebrating her birth. It's a sweet gift from God and a day that is definitely worth celebrating BIG!
