Lately, we've been going through a new unit on space! What better way to learn about the phases of The Moon than by creating them with {gluten free} Oreos and then eating our artwork?!
We also acted out the Sun, Moon and Earth to better understand how the Moon reflects the Sun's light on the Earth...so much fun!
I've also begun learning how to hand embroider a little and one perk that the girls especially enjoy is getting to color my patterns after I've traced them onto the fabric.
The weather has been wonderfully warm with the coolest, crispest mornings that lends itself to lots of afternoons in the outdoors.
My first attempt..I learned lots and am excited to start another!
