Panda is almost 12 so she took a snack to share with her homeschool co-op class to celebrate! She loves Moana so we went with an ocean theme. She picked out blue jello with Swedish fish in them to look like fish swimming in the ocean. It was the first time that I had ever made jello (ha!) but we had fun learning and experimenting together. She said her friends loved them!
While the girls were at co-op, Bear and I are spending more time at Loveland Coffee getting school and work done. Bear is home full-time now. We struggled to make the decision to pull him from his hybrid homeschool program but it was not the right fit emotionally or otherwise for him. We know he will have to encounter other personalities and bullies in his life at times but weren't at peace with it being now...and in that environment. They were under equipped to handle the situation. We wrestled for weeks but have complete peace in our decision. He is much happier as well- and his mental health improved dramatically once he knew he didn't have to go back. He is working diligently at home and I'm having to make some adjustments that I was not expecting...BUT GOD is working it all out just as it should be! And we sure do love our mornings together at the coffee shop once a week!
AG got a puzzle from Ms Sarah her speech therapists for her birthday!
Back to basics...painting and poetry on Fridays.
And, imagine that, AG has her puzzle done in a day! Smart girl!
